Lisa's Story

You don't have to do this alone!

When my daughter was younger and we were first engaging in the IEP process, I felt overwhelmed, frustrated and alone. While social media has a much larger presence in so many of our lives now than it did when she was younger, advocating for your child and figuring out all things special education can still feel overwhelming. It is common to feel like you are isolated and in search of community who understands.

I don't want anyone to feel adrift and powerless in this process, so I created a group coaching community and I would love for you to join!

The impact that community can have - from members of our community...

"After taking Lisa’s IEP course, I found Community. To say that they have been invaluable to me would be an understatement. Our community is made up of parents going through the weeds just like I am. They give thoughtful perspective, applicable advice and I truly feel like I’ve found my people. I look forward to community every week and l leave each meeting with more knowledge than when I came. When I need reinforcements or I need to hash something out, I know just who to go to. Their support has been a tremendous blessing in my life." - SC

"Lisa is a gem of a human. My fellow community parents are also amazing - I look forward to hearing their experiences and sharing our own every week. Community has been hugely helpful for our learner and our family."

-Joe, parent of an autistic, non speaking 3rd grader
